Can any product be custom made?
Yes. Every piece on the price list can be made in your colors, size and style, with a name or initials added. Share inspiration photos and we'll match the look.
How long does an order take?
Pouches, hats and scarves take about one week. Blankets, throws and sweaters take up to 4 weeks, because every row is crocheted by hand. Need it by a certain date? Tell us in your order and we'll let you know if we can make it.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship to the US and Canada, with prices in Canadian dollars. Our Egypt store is coming soon.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order details, we'll share payment options for your region. A deposit is needed before custom work starts.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on your address and the size of your piece, so it isn't included in the prices on the site. After you send your order, we calculate it and email you the full total, including shipping, before anything is charged. Tracked delivery to the US and Canada usually takes 7–14 days after your piece is finished.
How do I wash my piece?
Hand wash or use a gentle cold machine cycle inside a laundry bag. Lay flat to dry and never tumble dry on high heat.
What yarn do you use?
Soft anti-pill acrylic for blankets and throws, cotton for pouches, and wool blends for sweaters and scarves on request.
Can I choose my own colors on regular items?
Yes. Every item on the price list can be made in the colors you prefer at no extra cost.
